RETURNS, REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

Japan Crafts will refund or replace any product which is faulty or does not perform as it is has been represented on our website. The product must be in its original condition and packed appropriately, returned and include the following information:

• proof of purchase ie. copy of invoice or receipt
• reason for return clearly stated
• preferred course of action stated. ie. product replacement or refund

Goods must be returned to Japan Crafts, P.O. Box 740, Lane Cove, NSW 1595, Australia within 30 days of receipt if a replacement or refund is sought.

We do not refund or replace for the non delivery of an order due to the mailing address being incorrectly advised.

Any Customs related issues in your own country are beyond our control and we do not take responsibility should the Order be detained or withheld by Customs.

CANCELLATIONS

As our orders are processed and despatched within 1 to 2 days from receipt we can only accept cancellations if made prior to the products leaving our premises.
