How do I place an order?

There are several options on how to place an order as follows:

  • via the online shopping basket function “Add to Cart” method

Is this website secure?

This website is protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption, the highest standard in internet security. This means that information such as credit card numbers and personal details stays confidential until it reaches where it needs to be. We do not store your Credit Card details. They are sent directly to our bank, National Australia Bank. SSL secured websites have a green padlock symbol displayed at the start of their URL address in the browser which will begin with https:// instead of just http://.

How do I create an account?

From the Check Out page you will see in the lower left side the section to Add an Account.

Enter your email and password.

You will receive an email that asks you to confirm your email address and create your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

How do I edit my account information?

From the Account Dashboard you can view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses and edit your password and account details. Simply hit Login in the top right corner of the Homepage and your Login Screen will appear. Then click the Login Button which will bring up the Dashboard. If you are not already logged in selecting My Account in the top right corner will also take you to the Account Dashboard.

I forgot my password

Don’t worry if you have forgotten your Password the system allows you to make a new one. Just click on “edit my password and account details” on the Dashboard page. A new page will appear where you can add and confirm a new Password.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are usually sent within 1 to 2 working days of receipt and payment. We do not do Pre Orders or Back Orders. All our products are available for immediate delivery.

For online purchases via the shopping basket method, click the My Account/Login link at the top right hand side of our site to check your order status. If your not logged in yet, click on the Login button instead. You will also receive a shipment confirmation email when your order has been shipped with Tracking Number details, if you have selected Tracking as a delivery option.

Is there a minimum order value?

There is a minimum order value of $10.00 (including the delivery charge).

What currency are product prices shown in?

All prices are in Australian dollars and payments are charged in Australian dollars.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Our online system accepts several payment options as follows:

  • Visa Credit and Debit Cards
  • Mastercard Credit and Debit Cards
  • Paypal

Bank Transfers are also accepted for domestic orders only. After placing your order select the Bank Transfer payment option and you will be advised of our Bank Account details by return email. Please quote your Order Number as a reference when making the money transfer and once we have confirmed the payment has been made we will post the order items to you.

You can also send us an order via email or phone. Once the order has been confirmed you can pay by Mastercard, Visa Card, Paypal or for domestic customers Bank Transfer is another option.

We do not accept Diners Club or American Express.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).
